12.0 Nature of ZOCF Meetings

The nature and atmosphere at any ZOCF meeting at any level shall be consistent with the Purpose and principles of the ZOCF. All meetings shall be conducted in a christian manner, with a strong recommendation to incorporate prayers and the sharing of the word of God. Food stuffs such as alcohol shall not be consumed at any ZOCF meetings neither secular entertainment of any form (music, movies etc) shall be condoned. Autonomy shall be exercised by respective organisers of the meetings to plan the programme and agenda of the meeting. The National/Executive committee shall be informed of any meetings, and events held in the name of the ZOCF, and the Chairman in particular has the unreserved right to know about the meeting, attend the meeting and have an input in the meeting.
