Introduction

At the 2nd ZOCF National Committee meeting held at Reading on Saturday 27th March 2004, the NC recommended that the constitution draft be reviewed by a wide participation of all NC members and the entire general membership, as much possible. A team comprising Mr Tambatamba, Dr Ng’ambi and Dr Lukomona was charged with the task of collecting feedback from people in particular NC members. A deadline of 30th April 2004 was put in place for submission of comments and feedback was proposed.

The draft constitution was adopted at the NC meeting held in London on Saturday 19th June 2004 and this is presented here in its "final" form

The National Committee are now resolved to tie up all the loose ends that are still apparent in the document. They will be keen to receive any feedback on the contents of this version of the constitution.
