10.0 Management & Operations

The day to day running of ZOCF at head office shall be undertaken by a team comprising of the following:

1. Chairman
2. General Secretary
3. Treasurer
4. Deputies to the above officers

The management of the ZOCF shall be carried out by the National /Executive committee led by the Chairman. The National/executive committee shall comprise of the following:

1. Chairman
2. General Secretary
3. Treasurer
4. Deputies to the above officers
5. All Departmental Secretaries
6. All Area secretaries
7. Trustees and Governors

The duties of each office bearer are explained briefly in the Appendix of this document.
