9.2 Choosing Leaders

All leaders shall be nominated to office by recommendation and or spiritual inspiration and final assessment by the National/Executive committee. The rightful privilege to recommend somebody for a position shall be with:

• the Chairman
• any member of the National/Executive committee
• the outgoing leader
• any good standing member of the ZOCF

The National/Executive committee (outgoing or incumbent) shall retain the powers to make the final decision. No voting shall be conducted in the ZOCF as a means of choosing leaders.
